Roll & Release

We will use the Roll & Release balls to find the areas of tightness and tension in your body that are causing your pain & immobility.
There are a variety of approaches, including dynamic, static, and static/dynamic. We will teach you how to utilize these techniques to find the best approach for your unique situation.

Group Training

Our group training sessions at Opaka Method blend strength training, Pilates, Yoga, and our unique Roll & Release techniques. This hybrid approach ensures a comprehensive workout that enhances flexibility, strength, and overall well-being. Enjoy a sense of community working out in a small group of 3-7 people

Fitness & Training

We will use state-of-the-art equipment to strengthen and lengthen your body and keep you in alignment while leveraging gravity and resistance to uplevel or downlevel the workout. We then use the Roll & Release balls to work on active recovery because the faster you recover, the faster you can come back.

Private Training

Customize your private training sessions at Opaka Method. We consider injuries, disabilities, and personal needs. Combine elements of strength training, Pilates, Yoga, and Roll & Release. With our personalized approach, ensure a comprehensive workout to address your unique goals and enhance your overall well-being.
