Session Details

In each workout, use your own piece of equipment that functions as an extension of your body. The rolling glide board, adjustable resistance levels, and dynamic pulley system leverage your body weight to enhance your workout without overtaxing your joints. This design ensures a low-impact, efficient exercise session that promotes strength and flexibility while minimizing the risk of injury.

Every workout includes a recovery session with the Roll & Release balls because the quicker you recover, the quicker you can work out again. Let us guide you through fascial release for the muscle groups that were targeted in the workout.

Group Training

Opaka Method’s group training sessions combine strength training, Pilates, Yoga, and the unique Roll & Release technique for a comprehensive workout. Benefits include community support, cost-effectiveness, and dynamic routines. Classes accommodate up to 8 participants, last about 60 minutes, and are held multiple times weekly. A prerequisite one-on-one session ensures safety and personalized attention.

Private Training
