Group Training

Our group training sessions at Opaka Method blend strength training, Pilates, Yoga, and our unique Roll & Release techniques. This hybrid approach ensures a comprehensive workout that enhances flexibility, strength, and overall well-being. Enjoy a sense of community working out in a small group of 3-7 people

Fitness & Training

We will use state-of-the-art equipment to strengthen and lengthen your body and keep you in alignment while leveraging gravity and resistance to uplevel or downlevel the workout. We then use the Roll & Release balls to work on active recovery because the faster you recover, the faster you can come back.

Private Training
